to What’s Important.

Guiding Families through Change

Deciding to separate or divorce is one of the hardest decisions a person will ever have to make. My staff and I understand this, and we want to be there for you. Having experienced professionals to assist you every step of the way is important.

Negotiation, Mediation & Litigation

Preparation is key to settlement negotiations, mediation, and litigation. I will be prepared, and I expect my clients to be prepared, as well. As my client, you are an active part of the team. This is your life and your future. It is important that you understand the process and the possible outcomes. It is important that you ask questions.

Let’s work it out.

Mediation

When You Need Answers, When You Need Solutions…
There Is No Substitute for Experience.

This is a frightening time for our clients. Fear, sadness and anger are common emotions. My degree in counseling lends itself to this area of the law. Active listening and compassion are important when you feel like your world is falling apart. I give my clients an honest, straightforward and realistic assessment of their case based upon my over 34 years of experience as a Family Court attorney and as a Certified Family Court Mediator since 1999. This is not always what a client wants to hear, but it is what they need to hear.

Let’s Get
Back to Work.
